All of our products are digital. No physical item is shipped. This policy explains how, where, and when your reading is delivered.
Digital-only product
You are purchasing a custom digital tarot-inspired reading delivered as written content. We do not ship any physical goods and we do not charge shipping fees.
Delivery methods
- By email to the address you provide at checkout;
- As a downloadable PDF or private download link;
- Through your customer account or order page on moonveilreflections.com.
Delivery estimate
Most readings are delivered within 1 hour to 3 days. Delivery begins after successful payment and once we have all the information needed to prepare your reading.
What can delay delivery
- Payment review or fraud-prevention checks;
- Incomplete or unclear customer question;
- Periods of high order volume;
- Technical issues, platform outages, or force majeure;
- Email deliverability problems or an incorrect email address.
What you should check
- Confirm your email address is spelled correctly at checkout;
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders;
- Add hello@moonveilreflections.com to your contacts so it does not get filtered;
- Make sure your inbox is not full.
If delivery fails or is late
Email hello@moonveilreflections.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. We will resend, correct delivery, or — where applicable — apply our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
No shipping, no physical returns
No physical product is shipped, so there are no shipping fees, customs charges, or physical returns.
