Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may only use or purchase our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, where permitted by applicable law.

We sell custom digital tarot-inspired readings, delivered as written content for entertainment and self-reflection only. Readings are symbolic, subjective, and interpretive personal perspectives.

Readings are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, therapeutic, emergency, investment, immigration, court, or relationship counseling advice. Readings do not guarantee any specific outcome.

We do not provide emergency support. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on a reading. Do not make major life decisions solely based on a reading.

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate contact information and an accurate question or context. Readings are prepared based on what you submit.

Please do not submit medical records, government ID numbers, passwords, bank account or full payment card details, legal documents, explicit content, third-party private information without permission, or any other highly sensitive personal data in your question or context.

All products are digital. No physical item will be shipped. Most readings are delivered within 1 hour to 3 days, depending on order volume, product type, payment review, missing customer information, and technical conditions.

Payments are processed by Stripe or other third-party payment processors. Prices are shown in the currency listed on the product page and may be subject to taxes or fees based on your location and applicable law.

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Customers in the European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and certain US states have specific consumer rights. See our Regional Consumer Rights Notice.

All content on the site and the readings we deliver remain our intellectual property (or our licensors'). When you purchase a reading, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered reading for your own private, non-commercial reflection.

You may not resell, republish, redistribute, train AI on, or commercially exploit the reading or any other content on the site without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use the site or our services to:

• Engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, harassment, or any illegal activity;
• Submit third-party private or sensitive information without permission;
• Resell, republish, or commercially exploit delivered readings;
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the site or its systems;
• Use readings to harm, manipulate, or intimidate any other person.

We may refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our discretion, including where a request involves disallowed topics, sensitive personal data we cannot responsibly process, fraud signals, or chargeback abuse.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moonveil Reflections and ORIENT DIGITAL WORKS LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on a reading. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moonveil Reflections and ORIENT DIGITAL WORKS LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. This does not limit any mandatory consumer protection, privacy, or digital commerce rights that apply to you under the law of your country or region of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will apply only to orders placed after the update.
