We collect:

• Name, email, and billing details you provide at checkout;
• Your question, context, and any optional information you submit for the reading;
• Order details, delivery information, and payment status (we do not store full card numbers);
• Device, browser, and usage data, including IP address and approximate location;
• Analytics and cookie data (see our Cookie Policy);
• Customer support messages and correspondence with us.

Payments are processed by Stripe or other third-party payment processors. We do not see or store full card numbers. The processor handles your payment data under its own privacy and security terms.

Please do not include medical records, government identification numbers, passwords, financial account numbers, legal documents, explicit content, third-party private information, or other highly sensitive personal data in your question or messages.

• Process and fulfill your order and deliver your reading;
• Provide customer support;
• Prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, and other misuse;
• Comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations;
• Improve the site and the quality of our readings;
