We sell custom digital tarot-inspired readings — written reflections delivered to you online. They are intended for entertainment and self-reflection.
02Is this a physical product?+
No. All of our products are digital. Nothing is shipped.
03How will I receive my reading?+
By email, as a PDF, through a private download link, or in your customer account / order page on moonveilreflections.com.
04How long does delivery take?+
Most readings are delivered within 1 hour to 3 days. Timing may vary depending on order volume, product type, payment review, missing customer information, technical issues, and email deliverability.
05Why does delivery take between 1 hour and 3 days?+
Each reading is custom-prepared. Timing depends on current order volume, the product type, payment review, whether we have all the information we need from you, and technical conditions on our side and yours.
06Are readings guaranteed to be accurate?+
No. Tarot-inspired readings are symbolic, subjective, and interpretive. They are offered for entertainment and self-reflection only and do not guarantee specific outcomes.
07Can I use this as professional advice?+
No. Readings are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, therapeutic, emergency, or other professional advice. For those matters please consult a qualified professional.
08Can I ask about medical, pregnancy, death, legal, investment, immigration, court, or emergency matters?+
We do not provide readings as a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, immigration, court, emergency, or other professional advice. We also do not provide death predictions, pregnancy certainty, diagnosis, investment decisions, legal outcome predictions, or emergency guidance.
09Can I get a refund?+
You can cancel and request a refund before preparation has begun. Once preparation has begun or the reading has been delivered, custom digital readings are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10Can I cancel my order?+
Yes, before preparation has begun. Email hello@moonveilreflections.com with your order number as soon as possible.
11What information should I include in my question?+
Share the question or theme you would like the cards to reflect on, written in your own words. Helpful context (without sensitive personal data) is welcome.
12What should I avoid submitting?+
Please do not submit medical records, government IDs, passwords, bank account or full payment details, legal documents, explicit content, third-party private information without permission, or any other highly sensitive personal data.
13Is this service available to minors?+
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may only use or purchase our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, where permitted by applicable law.
14Do you store my card details?+
No. Payments are processed by Stripe or other third-party processors. We do not see or store full card numbers.
15What if I entered the wrong email?+
Contact us at hello@moonveilreflections.com with your order number and the correct email address. We will resend to the corrected address.
16What if I do not receive my order?+
First check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Add hello@moonveilreflections.com to your contacts. If the reading still has not arrived after the delivery window, email us with your order number and we will resend, correct delivery, or apply our refund policy where required by applicable law.
17Do EU/UK customers have cancellation rights?+
Yes. EU and UK customers may have withdrawal or cancellation rights for distance purchases. For custom digital content where you expressly consent to immediate preparation or delivery, those rights may end once preparation begins or the content is delivered, where permitted by applicable law. 18Do Australian customers have consumer guarantees?+
Yes. Nothing in our policies excludes the non-excludable consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service fails to meet a non-excludable guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy.
19Do Canadian customers have consumer rights?+
Yes. Federal and provincial consumer protection laws may apply, and some rights cannot be excluded by our policies. If you are located in Quebec and require assistance in French, please contact us at hello@moonveilreflections.com.
