Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our readings are custom digital products prepared individually for each customer. This policy explains when cancellations and refunds are available, and your rights under applicable law.
Overview
All products are custom digital readings. No physical goods are shipped. Most readings are delivered within 1 hour to 3 days, depending on order volume, product type, payment review, missing customer information, and technical conditions.
Cancellations before preparation
You may request to cancel your order at any time before preparation has begun by emailing hello@moonveilreflections.com with your order number. If we have not yet started preparing your reading, we will cancel and refund the order.
After preparation begins or delivery
Once preparation of your custom reading has begun, or once the reading has been delivered to you, the order is generally non-refundable due to the custom and digital nature of the product, except where required by applicable law.
When we will issue a refund or remedy
We will issue a refund, correction, replacement, or store credit in these cases:
- We cannot fulfill the order for any reason on our side;
- The wrong file or wrong product was delivered (we will first attempt to correct or resend);
- The file is missing, corrupted, or otherwise inaccessible to you (we will first attempt to resend or fix delivery);
- A technical issue on our side prevents delivery within the 1 hour to 3 day delivery window; contact support and we will provide a corrected delivery, replacement, store credit, or refund where required by applicable law.
What is not a refund reason
- Dissatisfaction with the subjective interpretation of the reading;
- Disagreement with the symbolic content, themes, or possibilities described;
- Outcomes in your life not matching what the reading reflected (readings are symbolic and do not guarantee outcomes);
- Change of mind after preparation has begun or after delivery.
Duplicate or accidental orders
Accidental duplicate orders may be reviewed case by case. Please contact support as soon as possible if you believe you have placed a duplicate order.
Chargebacks and abuse
Fraudulent chargebacks or systematic refund abuse may result in refusal of future service.
European Union and United Kingdom — withdrawal rights
For customers in the European Union or United Kingdom, where you request immediate preparation or delivery of custom digital content before the end of any applicable withdrawal or cancellation period, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once preparation begins or the digital content is delivered, where permitted by applicable law.
Australia — Consumer Law
For customers in Australia, our goods and services may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies those non-excludable rights.
Canada — consumer protection
For customers in Canada, provincial consumer protection laws may provide rights that cannot be excluded by this policy. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights available under applicable Canadian federal or provincial law.
United States
Refunds are handled according to this policy and applicable law. State-specific mandatory rights may apply.
Mandatory rights are not limited
Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable consumer rights under applicable law, including US state laws, EU consumer protection laws, UK consumer protection laws, Canadian federal or provincial laws, Australian Consumer Law, or other mandatory consumer protection laws.
